The Right Leverage will 50-100x Your Results as a Coach and Recruiter

Hi Coach,

Have you ever wondered how some coaches from similar backgrounds end up having 50-100x more success than you?

These coaches are not as smart as you, not as talented as you, and probably not as good looking as you.  😊 So how do they get 50-100x more successful?

 

They use leverage. They found the small hinges that swing the big doors of results and they mastered them.

 

To say it another way, they found the 1 domino that knocks all the other ones over or even makes the other ones irrelevant.


They have allocated their time ONLY to activities that get them 50 to a hundred times greater return on investment.

Here is an example that I just gave to a bunch of coaches who were on the how to be an amazing recruiting coordinator webinar a few weeks ago (email me if you want the replay).

You have 1 hour to work on your recruiting today.  What do you work on?

Most coaches will just open their email, start at the top and work your way down.  One of the many problems with this approach is that not all recruits are created equal and usually the average kids who won’t make your program better are the ones filling up your inbox.  When you start at the top and don’t prioritize top recruits, you will waste a lot of time and effort on average kids who aren’t going to get your program to the next level.

A better use of your time would be to use that hour to get your top recruits to the next recruiting mile marker. 


The result would be 50 to 100 times different.

Same hour.

Much different result.

Just a different leverage.

Look at the to-do list you have created for this week.  Are you leveraging your time as well as you could?

Anything that makes our current recruiting activities yield a better result without more work is increasing your leverage.  Make smart choices.

The other thing I want to share with you is that highly successful people don’t get it all done.  Highly successful people just get the most important things done in the time that they have.

They only give time to those few things that offer that the greatest leverage on effort in bottom line results.

And they actively block out the rest as you should.
