Hey Coach,
We’re more than half-way through the year…
And I have an important question for you at this crucial juncture:
What is your Level 10 problem right now?
What’s the ONE thing you need to fix ASAP that will solve multiple other problems and make your life easier?
Maybe it’s delegating more things to your assistant so you can spend more time in key areas…
Maybe it’s fixing your recruiting phone call questions to be able to move recruits up, down, or off your list faster to give yourself a competitive advantage…
Or improving your on-campus visit process that’s no longer generating the results it once did.
Or maybe it has nothing to do with coaching…
Maybe the most important thing you need to focus on right now is taking care of your health or marriage.
Whatever your Level 10 Problem is…
I want you to ask yourself:
Are you giving it Level 10 attention, planning, & preparation?
One of the biggest mistakes I see in new clients is that they are avoiding the REAL work.
They have a Level 10 problem…
But only a tiny fraction of them are putting a level 10 effort into their level 10 problems.
Most people do all sorts of perverse procrastination to avoid doing the difficult work.
They might say yes to adding more administrative responsibility at their school to avoid working on their recruiting issues.
They become podcast addicts instead of learning how to manage conflict better.
They blame others instead of looking in the mirror and becoming a better leader.
They do long morning routines of “Fluff” instead of going directly into a Future Building Power Hour.
Avoiding Level 10 Problems is one of the biggest reasons people fail in life.
If you’re working on too many projects that have you “spread too thin”...
It’s time to refocus your priorities.
Listen, I get it.
Ambitious coaches like us are hard wired to want to do everything…
We want to take on every challenge…
Climb every mountain.
But the truth is…
If you want to do great things, you must do fewer things.
As Warren Buffett says…
“The difference between successful people and very successful people is that very successful people say NO to almost everything.”
That’s why starting right now, I want you to make a commitment…
I want you to commit to Level 10 planning and preparation…
So you can ATTACK your Level 10 problem.
I want you to get to bed on time and get up on time (no snoozing!) every morning to help increase your energy.
I want you to CRUSH every Future Building Power Hour in the morning and do 60 minutes of program building activity before anything else.
I want you to build a winning streak of successful actions that builds your confidence.
Put a Level 10 Effort into your Level 10 problems so they are soon just Level 5 problems.
Commit.
Take Action.
Build a Winning Streak.
Grow Your Confidence & Competency.
THAT is how you’ll get 10X more results in the remaining 2nd half of the year than you did in the first half.
The clock is ticking.
Time to make the rest of the year the best of the year.
To your Success,
Mandy Green
