Your Formula for Next Level Success Going into Next Fall

Hey Coach,  

As we head into the summer, I want to share a painful lesson that I learned over the course of my 23-year coaching career.  That hard lesson was that if you want your program (team/recruiting/staff/leadership/culture) to get to the next level of success for next season…  

You MUST take extreme ownership over your time and productivity this summer.  

I believe that there is a simple formula for creating next level results for you and it is 100% in your control. 

This formula is: 

Daily Execution + Repeatable Systems = Next Level Results.  

Today, I want to give you three quick tips that I have been teaching other coaches to help YOU apply this formula in your life.  

Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been in the game for a while, these tips will help take your coaching to the next level. 

  1. Energy Management > Time Management 

You can’t manage your time.  

It’s going to pass no matter what you do and every day, you have less left than you did the day before.  

The ONLY things you can manage are your ENERGY and your FOCUS.  

Average performers use apps and widgets to try and get more done.  

But elite performers understand that the ONLY way to get more done is to double down on their energy and level up their focus.  

If you don’t have a clear step-by-step plan to  

-Eliminate distractions and temptations
-Protect your “magic time” so you can get 10X more done 
-Train for energy (not just looks) 
-Rest and recover like an elite athlete 
-Plan your days and weeks for maximum focus and productivity  

You’ll get beaten by competitors who do–guaranteed.  

  1. Extreme Clarity 

When Navy SEAL’s are dropped behind enemy lines they have one clear objective. 

That objective is their North Star–and no matter what happens, every decision they make is based on getting that objective accomplished.  

No matter how hard it is or what it demands.  

The problem for most coaches is…  

They lack a “North Star” in their personal and professional lives.  

So, they get up and work on any old task… and waste time on any old weekend activity. 

And because they lack clarity on what matters MOST, they get stuck spinning their wheels for years.  

But when you understand that not all tasks are created equally…  

And discover how to get massive clarity on what matters most–which I’ll teach you to do.  

Everything starts to fall into place.  

Because you’re focused on the RIGHT things at the RIGHT time.  

Results start to compound and before you know it… you’re accomplishing more than you ever believed possible while working less than ever before.  

  1. Consistency (e.g. weekends and travel)

Most coaches are productive Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. But 3/7 productive days during the week is a failing grade in my books. 

If you want to be successful, you need to be as consistent as the day is long. 

7 days a week 365 days a year.  

This doesn’t mean you need to work weekends or do the same things every day–you don’t.  

But it does mean that you need to commit to consistent planning, action, and recovery for the rest of your life.  

If you don’t have a plan for your weekends… a plan for your evenings… and a plan for your travel time… you’re getting left behind.
